We all have them. Those days where we seem to be missing the one thing we really need on that particular moment, motivation. Instead what we have for reasons we don’t know, are excuses. Too tired, too early, not enough time or asking ourselves “what’s the point?”. Rest assured, this is normal. It’s called being human. It’s part of our normal struggles. We ALL go through these moments. What we need to do is get past it. Do not let it linger. Take time off if needed and reset yourself or simply find the strength in you head to get up, lace up and get out. Even if your run ends up half the distance you originally planned or your pace ends up two minutes slower. Or maybe whichever workout routine you did you felt was not great. It’s ok. You at least did it and the effort still counts for something. Excuses are easy to use for reasons to skip a workout. But be stronger. Be stronger than your excuses.
