Everyone has a story. A story about family, friends and life in general. The story I want to help you build is about running. YOUR running story. Running is a personal journey, but sometimes it's a journey that needs some guidance. As your running coach, my goal is to provide YOU with that guidance. For some, running comes easy. But for others, running is a struggle. You can improve. You have the capability to turn the struggle to success. Part of my job is to help identify where you can improve while remaining your greatest motivator. I will be there for you and with you every stride of the way. So, what is your goal? Whether it's to complete a 5k, a full marathon or beyond, I can help you reach your goal from beginning to end, from start to finish. A successful journey will require commitment, discipline, determination and most of all hard work. In the end, aka the "finish line," it will be a story you will want to tell. Before you decide if you want me to be your running coach, we will meet for a free consultation. This is when you tell me what your goal is, whether you're a beginner looking to complete your first 5K, you have a new distance you want to train for, or if you’re looking to hit a personal record in a distance. It is also an opportunity for you to get a feel for me, who I am, and my approach to coaching, which will help you determine if I am the right fit for you.
The most important part of my service is the personal connection I love to build with my clients. I feel this is the best way to push and motivate every client I work with. This personal connection can only be created when I take the opportunity to run with you stride by stride periodically through your training cycle so I have first-hand knowledge of how your training is going. This allows me to adjust your training as necessary in order to help you be absolutely prepared to meet your goal. I also provide regular "check ins" by text, email or phone call to help you stay motivated and keep you on track with your training.
